Professor Ratnapala is a Professor of Public Law in the Centre for Public, International & Comparative Law at the T C Beirne School of Law in the University of Queensland.
He was introduced by John Brett, the President of the Toowoomba Branch of Australians for Constitutional Monarchy to at a very well attended meeting in the city of Toowoomba on 25 July 2010.
